Each community features its own unique style, amenities, and rental rates. Illahee Apartments is a smaller property with only 23 units. Illahee has no age restrictions and offers a quainter lifestyle many residents prefer. Rivergreen Apartments is a senior community! Only one resident per household must be at least 55 years of age.
